You will support the underwriting process as follows:   • Provides support in servicing agents in accordance role responsibilities and guidelines • Reviews automatic renewals and refers accounts with large losses to SC Supervisor/Manager • Follow the auto renewal or program guidelines to apply changes for lines of business and handles endorsements on automatic renewals in accordance with guidelines and issues to agent • Issues new business quotes to agents in accordance with Underwriter or SC Supervisor/Manager. • Receives first notice of loss calls and sets up claims file • Supports agent in processing quotes through Xpress platform when system is down • Provide or verify that notices were mailed in accordance to the tort requirements
