The role of the VP of Casualty Product Management is to provide technical assistance in the Product Management Department and lead efforts related to new product development, existing product maintenance, form and endorsement drafting, product related training, product specific research in support of the company’s product management initiatives. This position is a home office position with no production or marketing responsibility and will eventually manage a team of Executive Underwriters and Product Analysts.   - Draft and approve policy language. - Draft, approve and take responsibility for publishing of underwriting guidelines and other pertinent product related documentation. - Coordinate product related systems work with IT. - Attend claims committee meetings in order to stay abreast of potential problems with our products. - Assist in development and delivery of training for Underwriting and Claims. - Lead and participate in research projects on trends and industries in order to seek out new product opportunities or changes to existing products. - Vet new products and present opportunities to leadership for approval. - Stay abreast and knowledgeable on market trends in terms of forms, coverage and appetite to maintain competitiveness. - Review ISO Circular and incorporate necessary changes to forms, endorsements and rating in collaboration with Underwriting. - Work with marketing to develop marketing plans in conjunction with product launches or marketing initiatives related to product life cycles. - Participate in book profitability analyses and corresponding action plan development. - Support Underwriting and Marketing initiatives as needed (i.e. Speaking on Panels, writing White Papers and Case Studies for publication or presentations). - As necessary, provide Release Notes Related to UW projects that IT is putting into production. - Assist and lead special projects related to product development, research or maintenance as needed. - Determine risk management needs related to our products. - Determine reinsurance needs as necessary related to specific products and assist CUO in finalizing reinsurance placements. - Manage and oversee Executive Underwriters and Product Analysts.

The Financial Operations Specialist is responsible for working with our internal and external business partners to ensure that receivables are managed in accordance with industry best practices. This role performs a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties and maintains contact with brokers and observes confidentiality of customer proprietary information. This role requires a light to moderate accounting background with the intellectual curiosity to grow within a progressive and dynamic team. The Premium Audit Review Analyst will develop and apply premium audit expertise in order to complete timely and accurate premium audit review and processing. Deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers. The Reserving Actuary is primarily responsible for the application of all standard actuarial functions, actuarial estimations, and providing overall support to the department. Specific functions include performing the quarterly reserve review function as well as all reserve reporting requirements to WRBC.
