The Underwriting Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the underwriting department. The Large Account Sr. Underwriter is primarily responsible for risk evaluation including selection and retention of new and existing business in accordance with the company’s underwriting philosophy.  The Underwriter develops and fosters positive, professional relationships with the company’s agency partners, as well as achieves company growth and profitability objectives.  The Underwriter must be a team player and exhibit expertise in workers compensation, must consistently exercise good judgment and be familiar with loss sensitive plans.
