The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a vital member of the Senior Leadership team, overseeing all financial activities for two Berkley Operating Units- Berkley Mid Atlantic and Berkley Fire and Marine. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and directing functions such as accounting, financial reporting, information analysis, expense control, annual statements, and financial planning/forecasting.
