Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Partner Management to manage all production distribution operation and ensure strong team and organizational performance.

 

  • Working at the intersection of traditional and technology-driven distribution, manage current agency force while searching out, unlocking, and optimizing growth opportunities using innovative solutions – creating a bigger customer funnel.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Underwriting, Marketing & Communications, and Education & Development to deliver product and support to all distribution channels
  • Develop and execute on strategies to profitability grow the in-force direct written premium and policies-in-force count to support or exceed company forecast.
  • Collaborate with Production executives and team leaders, and all supporting staff, to maintain proper number and skills to support the long-term company vision.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of ten [10] years’ experience in the insurance industry with a concentration on underwriting. Excess and Surplus lines experience is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in various standard formats with internal and external stakeholders and customers, including ad-hoc and prepared presentations of appropriate subject matter.
  • Ability to maintain a travel schedule of approximately 25% to 35% of total annual days, consisting of agency meetings, corporate functions, conventions and conferences.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or a minimum of ten [10] years related insurance industry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Completion of a related insurance designation, e.g., CPCU, ASLI, AIC, etc., is preferred
