Joining the Command Center team at Berkley Technology Services (BTS) as an Intern will offer you direct exposure to a wide variety of technologies upon which our business relies. On our team, you’ll be paired with Senior Engineers, Team Leads, and a Manager committed to ensuring you’re exposed to technical areas you’re interested in and others you may not have yet had exposure to. There are no silo’s at BTS; you’ll have opportunities to take on hands-on tasks that span Network Support, VoIP, Monitoring, Tier 1/2 Triage, and workflow auotmation. Always committed to ensuring minimal to no business interruption, we collaborate with each other and peer engineering teams to incorporate and support current technologies in complex and innovative ways.
