JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gathers, analyzes, and evaluates data as part of the Sarbanes-Oxley campaigns and prepares annual testing reports.
• Facilitates Internal and External audits such as walkthroughs, auditor requests and gathering of data.
• Creates, analyzes and interprets data from various reports to present to management.
• Analyze and monitor the monthly company expense reports to determine trends to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
• Provide training of expense policies and procedures to new employees, and help with trouble-shooting.
• Support the overall management of Nautilus third party vendor inventory, including vendor set up, coordinating of risk management assessments, periodic vendor reviews as well review and track vendor activity to ensure deadlines are met
• Assists relationship managers with invoice reconciliation, contract spend tracking, and any billing or invoicing questions.
• Act as Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Coordinator for the department
• Collaborate across various departments throughout company
• Interacts with team-members to encourage and foster a positive work environment    

• Must have a strong customer service background working in a professional environment
• Must have strong proficiency of computer programs in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel and e-mail.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Prior experience in providing training to individuals, or small groups
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• College degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred
