The Marketing Technology Lead is a critical role in streamlining, developing, and implementing marketing content and solutions (digital or otherwise) between Information Technology and Marketing. The person in this role will be a key player in our growing marketing technology, collaborating with our Corporate IT partners, as well as participating in strategic communications at all levels to ensure our technology requirements, expectations for capabilities, focus on innovation and creativity align with our overall strategy as a fast-growing Company. This individual may also lead cross-functional teams in planning, organizing, and successfully executing marketing technology projects.



• Design and implement a strategy for procuring, deploying, and customizing a
cost-effective “mar-tech” stack.
• Coordinate and or conduct training of “mar-tech” tools and resources.
• Ensure that “mar-tech” tools are being used to full advantage – troubleshoot.
• Manage back-end systems are working and scalable.
• Lead creation of marketing dashboard.
• Deploy CRM for Aspire.
• Manage third-party data set integrations.
• Create demand-driven content for digital properties – recommend content that corresponds to customer personas.
• Assist in creation and editing of videos.
• Orchestrate targeted email campaigns.
• Deploy analytics to digital properties, email campaigns, social media accounts, and webinars to gather customer insights and drive engagement.
• Deploy content across multiple channels.
• Support ELT (Executive Leadership Team), marketing and communications team, distribution teams.
• Collaborate with other Aspire personnel and segment-wide teams.
• Other duties as assigned.




• Working knowledge and solid understanding of Salesforce, HTML coding, InDesign, Adobe Suite, SEO, Mail Chimp, digital asset managers, content management systems, various analytics packages, and developing digital tools and resources to support business development.
• Effective communicator.

• Experience with creating and rotating demand-driven content.


Education Requirement


• Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
• Some experience within the insurance industry is desired, though not required.
