The Marketing Technology Lead is a role focused on developing solutions that benefit the underwriting, distribution, and executive leadership teams. The person in this role will help share content and facilitate the flow of information. Key areas of responsibility are leading the creation of a mobile-optimized marketing “dashboard” for Aspire, leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce to greater advantage, and helping to manage certain digital properties. Some familiarity with HTML coding is a bonus but is not a requirement. Down the road, the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams in planning, organizing, and executing projects may present itself.

Responsibilities –


  • Lead creation of marketing dashboard.
  • Deploy CRM/Salesforce for Aspire.
  • Manage third-party data set integrations.
  • Recommend improvements to Aspire web site, agent portal, and intranet.
  • Deploy analytics to digital properties, email campaigns, social media accounts, and webinars to gather customer insights and drive engagement.
  • Deploy content across multiple channels.
  • Support ELT (Executive Leadership Team), marketing and communications team, distribution teams.
  • Collaborate with other Aspire personnel and segment-wide teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Working knowledge and solid understanding of Salesforce and experience developing digital tools and resources to support business development.
  • Effective communicator.

  • Receptive to new ideas and willing to pivot if necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required.
  • Some experience within the insurance industry is desired, though not required.
