The Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) will be a direct report of the President and a key member of the Union Standard executive leadership team. The CUO is responsible for the strategic planning and overall management of the underwriting discipline to ensure profitable growth. In collaboration with other departments, this role will be responsible for developing and executing Union Standard Insurance Group’s underwriting strategy, with the goal of maximizing shareholder value and risk-adjusted returns.
