    Accurately imports Underwriting Documentation received electronically through Import Mail following established procedures.

    Accurately edits and imports New Business and Renewal Policies received electronically through Import Policy following established procedures.

    Supports the duties of the Processing/Imaging/Quotes Associates, Processing Senior Associates and Processing Specialists.

    Follow established system procedures to create, update and maintain instances within the quote tracking (QTS) and workflow (BPMi) systems in a timely and accurate fashion.

    Identifies missing submissions and corrects submission status errors via BPMi and/or QTS.

    Utilizes the appropriate software and systems to accurately index and import documents received through paper and electronically.

    Processes new business and renewal transactions including, but not limited to policies with General Liability, Property, Commercial Excess, Inland Marine, Miscellaneous Professional Liability and Crime, as well as “straight thru processing” (STP) policies and those issued as Renewal Certificates.

    Utilizes the appropriate systems and tools and follows proper procedures when keying new and renewal policies and when routing after completion of each transaction. 

    Adapts readily to repetitive work over extended periods of time.

    Applies appropriate calculations to account for variances between premium shown and premium needed.

    Performs database searches and 3rd party vendor lookups to identify key information needed to process a policy.

    Participates within a team on workloads as well as working independently remaining flexible to move from one routine to the next with minimal interruption to workflow.
