    Within WRBC, the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) led by the Chief Project Officer (CPO) is responsible for execution and delivery of enterprise-wide program execution, technology enablement, business process automation and financial data analytics to facilitate operational efficiencies. The EPMO function focuses on expediting on-schedule, on-budget project delivery mechanisms across the organization with a focus on measurable business benefits while turning enterprise data into actionable intelligence.

     

    Responsibilities

    AVP, Business Integration leader will work closely with the business to provide design and delivery of multiple software, data and compliance related initiatives. Mentor, manage, and recruit staff for the implementation of projects. Be a leader in developing and implementing company standards and process for Business Analysis and Compliance. 

    Qualifications

    • Development of process for demand management and prioritization within the segment.
    • Plans, prioritizes, and manages all integration activity to meet business objectives.
    • Organizes team to lead projects using Agile Methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
    • Partners with other team members and the customer to implement an integration process ensuring that people, process, and tools seamlessly integrate into the business structure.
    • Evaluates alternate processing strategies and the potential benefits derived from their implementation.
    • Provides subject matter expertise and deep functional product expertise, including upstream/downstream impact of changes.
    • Ensure the team is following best practices.
    • Work cross functionally with our Data Services and Application Development (DevOps) teams to ensure a unified approach to our customers.
    • Past project management experience leading Agile Methodologies. Scrum master certification a plus.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
    • Self-sufficient, self-motivated, organized, reliable and punctual.
    • Professional demeanor and good people skills including the ability to interact well with all levels of the corporation.
    • Excellent work ethic and dedication to schedule commitments.
    • Software Development Life Cycle experience.
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in related field or equivalent experience.
    • A minimum of 10 years BA/P&C/functional experience.
    • CPCU Designation preferred.
    • Travel for this position is up to 20%.
