    Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    The qualified applicant will be responsible for management and administration of our Mobility environment with additional responsibilities to our collaborative environment including Exchange 2013/2016 and Exchange Online/Office 365.  This applicant will mature our Enterprise Mobility Management offerings including deployment, operation, application wrapping, policy creation and management of the Company container on CORP or BYOD devices.  In addition the qualified applicant will be responsible to administer other collaborative technologies within the Collaborative and Mobility space.  These include but are not limited to alternative messaging strategies, Proofpoint messaging security tools, Trend Anti-Virus, level 2 & 3 troubleshooting and capacity planning in a distributed environment.

     

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Implementation, testing, and evaluation of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions
    • Integration of mobile capabilities (High Availability, device/app VPN, Content management, Wireless Local Area Network Security and Company container management for BYOD
    • Wrapping of purchased and home grown Mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
    • Development of mobile device policies and configurations on various operating systems
    • Strong understanding of Mobile client/server relationship, level 2/3 support
    • Strong ActiveSync knowledge for mobility support
    • Strong Active Directory knowledge to resolve Mobile or Exchange related issues
    • Microsoft Exchange 2013 Enterprise environment management 
    • Provide administration and engineering support for all messaging related projects such implementing new systems or processes
    • Clear understanding of Certificate Management
    • Clear understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity & recovery processes
    • Clear understanding of mail gateway configuration and concepts
    • Clear understanding of front end/back end, OWA, MOWA, RPC/HTTPS and ActiveSync
    • Create documentation of processes and procedures
    • Provide second and third level support for all Collaboration Systems 
    • One week in seven in an on-call rotation of 24 x 7 availability
    • Archive processing and related technologies

    Qualifications

    Experience, Education and Skills:

    • 2+ years managing software on native mobile platforms (iOS and/or Android)
    • 2 years MobileIron VSP / Sentry configuration, Administration and Policy creation
    • Application wrapping for iOS and Android
    • 2 years Exchange Online Management
    • 4 years Exchange Management of 2010-2019
    • 4 years Exchange Management of complex multi-tenant environments
    • Excellent communication, organizational, oral, written skills with attention to detail
    • Experience with Incident Management and Service Management tool like Service-Now
    • Enthusiastic about collaborative problem solving
    • Patch and configuration management
    • Must be able to determine how environment changes impact customers and other systems
    • Strong knowledge of Windows 2008 / 2012 & Windows 7
    • Fortune 500 Experience Preferred
    • Collaboration multi-platform experience a must
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • MobileIron operational experience required
    • MobileIron certification(s) a plus
    • Microsoft InTune implementation and operational experience required
    • Microsoft InTune certification a plus
    • Microsoft MCSE, MCTS or MCITP in Exchange
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills
    • A self-motivated individual with a passion for success
    • Symantec Enterprise Vault a plus
    • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies
    • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
