    Indexes underwriting and claims documents within the imaging workflow system.

    • Indexes documents by locating key data on imaged documents and keying the appropriate data into the imaging workflow system, e.g., policy, transaction or claims number and document type. Scans documents as needed.  Examines imaged documents to ensure a high degree of accuracy and quality is achieved. 
    • Data entry of information into the appropriate company business system.
    • Performs miscellaneous customer service, operational and business support functions as assigned by management.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.



    • High school diploma equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production service level standards while producing quality work. Ability to identify and memorize a variety of documents and forms; perform multiple duties in a fast-paced environment; and prioritize and organize assigned tasks.  Regularly and consistently demonstrates commitment to company values and guiding principles.  Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
