    Responsibilities

    Develop, implement and maintain integrated marketing strategies/tactics to drive business results.

     

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Plan and implement online and offline marketing, including but not limited to tactics such as websites/landing pages, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, mail, video, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Develop a website traffic plan with appropriate goals and benchmarks
    • Generate monthly reports on marketing campaign performance
    • Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
    • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures

     

     

    Qualifications

    Requirements

     

    • BS degree in marketing or a related field
    •  5+ or more years’ experience in all aspects of developing, managing, and implementing strategic/integrated marketing campaigns including digital
    • Proven working experience in digital and traditional marketing; brand experience desirable
    • Experience with CRM and digital marketing platforms such as Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
    • Ability to travel up to 25%
