    The Client Success Advisor will provide superior customer service to our clients for their Property and Casualty insurance needs. The Client Success Advisor will be a team player. As Intrepid Direct Insurance grows, it is important that all employees work together to achieve our goals.

    • Become an insurance expert in Intrepid Directs’ customer risk types
    • Assist in marketing and prospecting
    • Responsible for incoming customers calls, request for certificates, issuing endorsements, and billing requests
    • Proficient verbal and written skills
    • Manages
    • Document all interaction with customers and prospects in our management system for record keeping
    • Assist underwriting, sales and IT to improve the customer experience


    • Assumes other tasks and duties as assigned by management
    • Participates in organizational meetings on a regular basis
    • Attends professional and/or continuing educational seminars and classes 


    • Interacts continuously with all levels of employees of various departments
    • Must exhibit professional behavior at all times while representing the company




    • Experience in leading teams and projects
    • Hold or obtain Property and Casualty insurance license (preferred, or obtain in 1 month after hire)
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    • Attend professional and/or continuing education seminars and classes
    • Candidate will possess good communication (verbal/written) skills
    • Knowledge of commercial insurance and coverages, with desire to develop further knowledge
    • Background or familiarity with Garage and Restaurant business or ability to learn quickly

    Behaviors & Performance

    • Customer Service Orientation: Takes responsibility for handling client requests and need
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial property and casualty insurance
    • Planning & Organizing:  Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Preferred Bachelor’s degree
    • Insurance designations preferred, but not required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial property and casualty insurance
