    This role is responsible for the development of a metrics, reporting, and communication plan for the Information Security program.  This will set the stage for presenting complex information sets to leaders at different levels throughout the company in a way that drives action.  The incumbent will be tasked with capturing voice of internal stakeholders, establishing collection criteria, and establishing routines for consistent execution.   The span of reporting includes operational and risk reduction metrics as well as executive briefings and various forms of electronic communication.


    Key Accountabilities:

    • Design and develop an operational metrics program which provides insight on the day to day health of the control portfolio
    • Design and develop a monthly routine which communicates risk reduction over time
    • Design and develop an executive reporting routine which describes the residual risk to the firm
    • Set requirements and establish criteria for dash boarding, repositories, and tracking go-to-green action plans
    • Develop templates for electronic communication for both tactical incidents and strategic risks
    • Collect voice of customers and execute failure mode analysis on communication failures
    • Perform advanced data analytics and visualization in support of security metrics development


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5 + years of progressive Security and IT Risk experience with specific experience around managing and presenting complex security and technology metrics and interpreting stakeholder requirements
    • Substantial experience synthesizing complex information, data analytics and establishing thresholds to drive action
    • Experience understanding customer needs and facilitating ease of consumption
    • Demonstrated ability to develop dashboards and other electronic methods of communication
    • Approachable and outgoing with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Takes ownership and maintains accountability
    • Experience in data analytics and visualization software and development techniques to configure, automate and/or develop repeatable approaches for metrics intake and presentation.
    • Experience with SQL, SSRS - SQL Reporting Service, SSIS - SQL Integration Services, Tableau, PowerBI, ETL Development and/or TIDAL Automation software or comparable platforms
    • Experience with Archer and third party SEIM tools like Rapid 7, Solarwind etc. preferred
    • Advance understanding of MS Excel including Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX.
    • Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, TRDs and gather detailed business requirement from the end user.
    • Strong experience with Rest APIs.
    • Strong understanding of RDBMS and Data warehousing.
    • Strong technical and analytic aptitude
