    Responsibilities

    Executive Administrative Assistant, under the direction of a senior leadership team, will perform a variety of administrative duties. In addition, this role will support the Must have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills.  Must have the ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

    • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
    • Plans and coordinates the manager’s schedule and ensures that all related materials, briefings, remarks, etc. are received in a timely fashion and in order.
    • Answer incoming telephone calls in an exceptional, positive, clear manner.
    • Communicates with internal and external audiences. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support of senior management.
    • Draft acknowledgement letters, correspondence and other tasks that facilitates the manager’s ability to lead effectively.
    • Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressure.
    • Responsible for the management and reconciliation of expenses.
    • Professionally greets and directs visitors.

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Proficient computer skills, including intermediate level Excel skills (spreadsheets, etc.)
    • Excellent organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
    • Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capability.
    • Highly resourceful team player with demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
    • Knowledge of business and management principles.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
