    Complete responsibility for investigating, assessing and resolving a book of commercial auto claims.




    We are looking for talented, competitive, ambitious claims professionals with demonstrated track records of doing the following in a consistently superior manner:


    • Handling truck, public transportation and other commercial auto claims in a manner that achieves an outstanding result for our insureds and our company; FOCUS on claim activities most likely to drive the claim to a better result; engage in STRATEGIC conversations with counsel; develop and execute a file STRATEGY; develop well thought out plans of action to execute the strategy; aggressively and continuously PURSUE RESOLUTION; complete investigation and obtain the most relevant information as quickly as possible; draft outstanding file notes; diligently and effectively manage expenses; push the matter, vendors and defense counsel forward; make every file touch an IMPACT touch.
    • Accurately assessing and resolving coverage issues relating to Commercial Auto, Motor Carrier, General Liability and other coverages relating to the same; Assessing insured contract exposure;  Analyze facts and allegations in conjunction with all POLICY provisions, endorsements and amendments; Properly documenting coverage assessment; Drafting declinations, RORs and other coverage letters in a TIMELY manner and in accordance with all jurisdictional requirements; Reassessing coverage issues as new information is gathered and updating coverage letters and notices.
    • Negotiating outstanding settlements.
    • Maintaining clear, concise and accurate file notes.
    • Presenting case statuses, summaries and positions in a clear, concise and understandable manner.
    • Creating an outstanding customer experience for internal and external customers. Anticipating, recognizing, and responding to customer needs.
    • Solving problems. Being creative. Overcoming obstacles and challenges.
    • Being open minded.     Law Degree or commensurate experience preferred



    7 or more years of related claim adjusting and coverage assessment experience        

    Prefer commercial auto or public transportation experience, but not necessarily required
