Job Description: Provide support to our High-Net-Worth homeowners business, producing monthly portfolio modeling reports, and sharing insights with senior management. Produce modeled CAT analysis to be used in property pricing, portfolio optimization and aggregation management, which would include running scenario impact analyses with product and actuarial teams, assessing impact of possible rate, deductible, or guideline changes. Produce pre-bind analysis for large property new business submissions. Work with Analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting of data for modeling. Work with the actuarial team to develop appropriate CAT loads for rate reviews. Work with Claims and Actuarial teams to develop estimates of the ultimate CAT losses post events. Review and understand the impact of historical or probable CAT events on the company's book of business. Perform comparison studies on the company's CAT performance relative to peers following CAT events. Responsible for property exposure visualization/mapping for the group. Develop and implement improved catastrophe reporting processes. Assist in the completion of rating agency and regulatory returns. Be an active participant in the catastrophe management team by sharing knowledge, expertise, and information within the organization. Leverage experience with RMS RiskLink and SQL within commercial property and personal lines insurance. Run and interpret complex models for multiple perils (hurricane, earthquake, flood, and wildfire). Translate technical results into actionable insights for underwriters, ERM teams, and senior management. Develop and maintain dashboards and automate processes using R within insurance. Interpret detailed and complex insurance policy structures—including coverages, deductibles, sublimits and applications of reinsurance programs for use within advanced catastrophe models like RMS Risklink.

Experience Requirement: Five (5) years of experience as a Risk Analyst, catastrophe modeling analyst or related
