Responsibilities

The Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote) will contribute to the organization by executing the duties and tasks associated with colleague recruitment for one or more W. R. Berkley operating units or departments. The duration of the assignment will be approximately 6-10 months beginning immediately and may be extended based on business needs. 

 

Responsibilities include interacting with various hiring managers and HR Partners, planning, sourcing, screening, recommending candidates for open or anticipated positions, assisting with interview scheduling, guiding final candidate selection, offer creation, offer negotiations and discussions, and pre and post onboarding activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years professional and executive level full life cycle recruiting experience ideal. 
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry or Technology spaces highly desirable.
  • Previous experience recruiting at large, complex organizations requiring regular interaction with multiple operating units or departments ideal.
  • Creative sourcing and exceptional workflow processing skills.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills with emphasis on interfacing effectively with Executive level candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work across the organization to achieve recruiting results.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking system such as iCIMS and maximizing sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to manage and influence in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to make decisions incorporating diverse perspectives.
