Additionally, you will focus on configuring and supporting Microsoft 365–based solutions, Power Platform workflows, and AI‑assisted tools, including Microsoft Copilot capabilities. Working independently under general supervision, you will partner closely with business users to identify needs, resolve configuration issues, support testing and deployment activities, and ensure solutions are documented, governed, and maintainable.

What you can expect:

  • Culture of innovation, teamwork, supportive colleagues, and leaders willing to invest in talent.
  • Internal mobility opportunities.
  • Visibility to senior leaders and partnership with cross functional teams.
  • Opportunity to impact change.
  • Benefits – competitive compensation, paid time off, comprehensive wellness benefits and programs, employer funded health savings account, profit sharing, 401k, paid parental leave, employee stock purchase plan, tuition assistance and professional continuing education.

We'll count on you to:

  • Analyze business processes and operational requirements to inform the configuration of internal applications and automated workflows.
  • Configure and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft 365 tools, and low‑code platforms to support operational use cases.
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Copilot Agents and standardized prompt libraries aligned with approved business workflows.
  • Translate user requirements into functional configurations with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
  • Configure integrations between systems using approved APIs and connectors, including managing data mappings, validations, and error handling.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of configured applications and workflows.
  • Monitor production solutions for performance or failures and perform troubleshooting and corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate technical and functional documentation, including configuration details, dependencies, and operational support information.
  • Operate within established governance, security, and change‑control processes to ensure solutions meet compliance, audit, and access standards.
  • Work directly with end users to identify needs, resolve configuration issues, and provide guidance on effective use of supported tools.
  • Support user acceptance testing, training, and adoption activities to ensure solutions are effectively implemented and sustained.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience configuring, supporting, or maintaining business applications or workflow solutions.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and the Power Platform, including Power Automate.
  • Experience analyzing business and functional requirements and translating them into configured solutions.
  • Experience supporting testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of internal applications or workflows.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision and manage multiple configuration tasks simultaneously.
