This role will be based in our Wilmington, DE offices. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

The Support Specialist is a key member and extension of the Distribution team, focused on the administrative tasks that deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for our agents and internal partners. This role supports the full agency lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing support, while ensuring licensing and appointment compliance. The ideal candidate is service-minded, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The hours of operation are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday. Shifts vary based on customer needs and will fall within the hours outlined above.
