The Data, Claims & Actuarial Support Intern will assist with data quality initiatives, claims operations support, and process improvement efforts. This role is well suited for students interested in analytics, actuarial science, insurance operations, or business process optimization. Key functions will include but are not limited to:

- Perform data cleanup, validation, and reconciliation to support accurate reporting and operational metrics
- Assist with streamlining internal data call and data request processes, working with internal technical teams to ensure correct data sourcing
- Validate that data aligns across submissions, tabs, and reporting outputs
- Support Claims operations by helping maintain the Claims SharePoint site, assisting with administrative tasks, and
providing backup support to Claims Assistants - Gain exposure to the claims lifecycle, including observing litigated claims matters through panel firm engagement
- Support actuarial-related tasks for candidates with strong Excel and data skills, including preparation and validation of datasets
- Document data processes and contribute to improved efficiency and standardization across teams
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail when handling data, documentation, and validation tasks
- Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders, including technical and non-technical partners
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Show initiative in learning business context behind the data being analyzed
