As a Sr. Premium Auditor II focused on Workers Compensation and General Liability, you'll audit each account assigned with optimum accuracy and efficiency. You'll complete each audit in a timely manner to avoid delinquency in relation to the expiration date of the policy. We'll trust you to audit each account in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all clients are provided with the highest standard of customer service.

We'll Count on You To:
Perform audits, examine financial records pertaining to the stated premium base.
Determine from questioning with insured, proper risk classification, premium basis and scope of operations.
Conduct well organized audits preparing formal reports of audit results on laptop with provided software in accordance with established rules, regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
Assess conditions of records used for audit.
Discuss audit results with policyholders and send appropriate correspondence as warranted.
Refer changes on classification assignment to Underwriter.
Notify underwriter of significant changes in risk exposure in accordance with audit policies and procedures.
Document all contacts and pertinent information.
Attend work related functions and meetings as directed.

Education Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
What you need to have:
5+ years of experience with large complex Workers Compensation and General Liability audits
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, and agents
Strong quantitative skills i.e. ability to calculate discounts, interest, commission, volume, etc.
Ability to occasionally travel to visit insureds who require physical audits (primarily daytrips)
Effective time management skills

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, feel; some reaching, carrying and lifting (10 lbs. or less); keyboarding. Regular travel by vehicle required. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
