This role will be based in our Urbandale, IA location where we offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote.

As a Regional Rating Manager, you will lead and develop regional rating leadership and experienced team members to ensure efficient, accurate, and consistent rating operations. This role is responsible for managing performance using key metrics, reports, and workload data; identifying trends and training needs; and making informed staffing and resource decisions.
Additionally, you'll actively monitor work volume and capacity, forecast growth projections and peak volumes, and collaborate with regional partners to balance workload and share resources as needed to meet service level commitments. You will work closely with regional leadership, quality and compliance partners, underwriting, and other business stakeholders, to support operational excellence, process improvement, and alignment to corporate goals while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and people‑focused work culture.
