We're currently looking for an Associate Data Exchange Analyst (EDI) with a focus on collaboration, data analysis, and data management. In this role, you will:

 

  • Collaborate with external data partners and internal stakeholders to define and implement effective data exchange solutions.
  • Analyze and audit data to ensure high quality and accurate information is exchanged with partners.
  • Develop and implement improved strategies for acquiring, managing, and maintaining quality data.
  • Communicate complex technical procedures and data exchange concepts to both technical and non-technical staff effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

 

As an Associate Data Exchange Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Building strong relationships with data exchange partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  • Providing consultation and support to data exchange partners, ensuring that developed technical specifications meet their requirements.
  • Participating in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new data interfaces and enhancements to existing ones.
  • Managing the flow of questions and feedback during the development, testing, and production phases of data exchange solutions.
  • Work to acquire and interpret claims loss run data.
