This role will be based in our Marborough, MA office.  We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll support our growing sales organization and help drive stronger performance across our captive and stop‑loss teams. In this role, you’ll provide critical reporting, analytics, and project management support while partnering closely with Sales Leadership and the Producer Relations team to improve efficiency, consistency, and results.  

 

You’ll be a key part of the Producer Relations team, helping elevate our broker and agency partnerships while improving the tools, processes, and insights that fuel our business development team. We'll count on you to:

  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to support sales projects and new marketing rollouts

  • Lead the distribution and adoption of sales enablement tools to ensure consistent usage across teams

  • Manage key sales initiatives, including regional market and competitive analysis on industry trends

  • Track and report performance for multiple marketing campaigns by product and program

  • Support Producer Relations initiatives, including broker bonus and compensation tracking

  • Maintain and update Sales KPIs, goal reports, and campaign performance metrics

  • Provide analytics on sales results, RFP activity, and trends by rep, producer, region, program, and product

  • Act as administrator and subject‑matter expert for Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Benefit Flow (updates, training, reporting)
  • Assist with events and provide general administrative support as needed

  • Build and maintain a repository of compliance‑approved sales training tools, resources, and content

Qualifications

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a business or sales support environment
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with business analytics concepts
  • High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include:
• Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Wellness, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans.

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
