As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on, strategic Director of Marketing to lead the development of our marketing function. This role offers the opportunity to build marketing capabilities from the ground up, establish our brand in the market, and drive the strategy that will fuel our growth.
The Director of Marketing will be the company’s first marketing hire, responsible for setting strategy while executing critical marketing initiatives. This individual will define our brand identity, tone, and voice, ensuring consistent and differentiated positioning in the marketplace. The Director will partner with corporate marketing and external agencies but must also be comfortable rolling up their sleeves and acting as a one-person department at the outset. As the company grows, this leader will have the opportunity to build and manage a marketing team.
