The Premium Audit Support Specialist supports the proper scheduling and handling of all premium audits in the group. This will involve setting appointments for auditors, initiating, and monitoring the mail audit process by assuring that proper letters are mailed, and received data that is attached to the audit, then, being assigned to the appropriate auditor. Compare information received from insureds to what was requested. Send out additional document letters. Handle incoming phone calls from insureds and agents. Provide reports to various stakeholders as necessary.
