We’re looking for an experienced Senior Claims Handler to manage and resolve specialty claims for our Spanish branch of WR Berkley Europe AG. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your legal expertise and decision-making skills will truly matter.
What You’ll Do
- Handle and manage assigned specialty claims in line with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Allocate reserves and manage payments within authorization limits.
- Coordinate external professionals such as lawyers, solicitors, experts, and investigators.
- Negotiate and execute out-of-court settlements.
- Provide personalized attention to brokers and major accounts.
- Participate in underwriting and claims meetings.
