The ideal person will have proven experience building on existing relationships, and hands-on experience in a claim’s organization, managing program issue resolutions. You will ensure customer satisfaction across Berkley’s insurance operating units. You’ll be a proactive and curious member of our growing team, identifying and resolving issues for operating units before they identify a need or gap for themselves. Maintains open communication with management to help identify potential opportunities on topics that affect our business. This level of foresight and meticulous analysis is what will take our company confidently into the future.
To be a successful Director, Strategy & Business Engagement, you’ll need to navigate the needs of clients methodically, taking extreme ownership to resolve issues while constantly aligning to maintain managed care savings opportunities. You will represent BMMS and its products to partner companies and vendors knowledgeably and effectively, enabling BMMS to clearly identify the benefits of its products relative to its competitors. It is also important to have a high level of intellectual curiosity to identify gaps and growth potential where others miss them.
