The Claims Experience Manager is a member of the Client Executive Team. As a Claims Experience Manager at Intrepid, you will be responsible for claims relationships – relationships between our Claim Handling Partners, our Internal Departments and most importantly, our valued customers. You will develop, support and maintain innovative processes and procedures to drive results and address challenges specific to our clients. You will be the subject matter expert for claim-related questions from policyholders and internal customers, own the client facing claim review and client claims onboarding process, assist in compliance related matters, participate in special projects and most importantly, make us better.
Key functions include but are not limited to:
10-20% estimated travel to visit customers and/or prospects
This role is based in our Overland Park, KS office. It is a full-time, in-office role.
