This role will be based in our Hamilton Square, NJ or Marlborough, MA office. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

As a Sales Support Representative, you will support Stop Loss Sales Managers in both the pre and post-sale environments. You'll provide direct support for all pre-sale components (with organizing, screening, and tracking pre-sale RFP process for both new and renewal business) during the quote process. We'll trust you to be a dependable "go to" resource during busy periods as well as when the Sales Managers are traveling for business. You'll also manage all client and third party administrator relationships for assigned case activity in order to maximize growth and retention of Stop Loss business in accordance with our plan. You'll play a key role as a liaison between all clients, vendors, and internal staff to ensure excellent quality of service.
