E&S Technology is seeking a Senior Business Test Analyst to join its team. This role develops and establishes quality assurance standards and measures for the information technology services within the organization. This individual will also gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This will include writing test plans and scripts for tracking defects and fixes in product development, software application development, information systems, and operations systems. The Sr. Business Test Analyst will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future ESTech’s technology ecosystem. You will lead strategic initiatives across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and customer engagement platforms, driving innovation and operational excellence. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong product mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and champion product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps that align with enterprise goals and customer needs.
  • Product Discovery: Lead discovery efforts to identify unmet needs, validate opportunities, and assess vendor capabilities through user research, stakeholder interviews, and market analysis.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners, managing contracts, SLAs, roadmaps, and escalations.
  • Integration Leadership: Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate vendor products with internal systems, ensuring data integrity, workflow efficiency, and user experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams to gather requirements, resolve pain points, and champion product value.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, user feedback, and market intelligence to inform product direction and measure success.
  • Innovation & Optimization: Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance product capabilities and customer experience.
  • Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling digital products.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscape, and customer expectations.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Expertise in product management platforms such as Aha!, Productboard, or similar tools for roadmapping, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, customer portals, and data analytics platforms.
  • Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or PMP.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
