E&S Technology is seeking a Senior Business Test Analyst to join its team. This role develops and establishes quality assurance standards and measures for the information technology services within the organization. This individual will also gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This will include writing test plans and scripts for tracking defects and fixes in product development, software application development, information systems, and operations systems. The Sr. Business Test Analyst will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Product Implementation Manager to lead and support the deployment of third-party software solutions across our operating units. This role will be instrumental in ensuring successful implementation, integration, and adoption of 3rd party vendor platforms, and other enterprise tools that drive operational efficiency and business value.  This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and enjoys solving complex problems with smart, adaptable solutions.

 

 

Implementation Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software implementations, including discovery, planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
  • Define and execute implementation strategies tailored to each operating unit’s needs and maturity level.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with operating units, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on goals, and ensure seamless rollouts.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage expectations throughout the implementation process.

Project Management

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Business & Technology Alignment

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and scalable.

Process Optimization

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved system utilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation to maximize ROI.

Training & Change Management

  • Develop and deliver training programs, user guides, and onboarding materials to support adoption.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure new tools are embedded into daily operations and embraced by end users.

Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for software vendors, managing contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and escalations.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Data Integration & Quality

  • Oversee data migration and integration efforts, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal governance standards.
  • Collaborate with data teams to establish validation protocols and resolve data-related issues.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product or software implementation, preferably in a multi-unit or enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated success implementing third-party vendor platforms and driving adoption across diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to understand business pain points and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture, API workflows, and data integration best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the commercial insurance industry or other regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in API integrations, data mapping, and system architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working in hybrid environments with distributed teams across geographies.
  • Passion for digital transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
