This role will be based in our Wilmington, DE office. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

As a Support Solutions Specialist, your objective will be to deliver all that is great about Berkley One and to help our agents place and maintain business with us. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting a successful customer solutions team that delivers world class service across multiple channels and are energized about helping others drive market growth within an organization. You'll report to the Customer Experience Team Leader and support distribution management activities throughout the producer lifecycle for all three segments of our business.

Minimum 2 years work experience in office setting performing clerical and data entry oriented tasks
You have a strong sense of accountability, fun and adventure

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and other programs
Proficiency with the technology required
