🔍 What You’ll Do:

As a key player in our underwriting team, you’ll:

• Own the full underwriting lifecycle for new and renewal accounts across assigned regions.
• Drive profitable growth by pricing risk accurately and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, AVPs, and RVPs to target desirable accounts.
• Mentor and support junior underwriters, helping them grow and succeed.
• Lead special projects and contribute to workflow improvements that enhance the agent experience.
• Build strong relationships with independent agents and deliver exceptional service.

💡 What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in management liability underwriting or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of D&O, Cyber, EPL, Crime, Fiduciary, and MPL products.
• A collaborative, agile mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A passion for delivering a seamless, “Insurance with Ease” experience to our agents.
• Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a people management role.
