The Supervisor, Sr Underwriter is primarily responsible for risk evaluation including selection and retention of new and existing business in accordance with the company’s underwriting philosophy. The Senior Underwriter/Supervisor develops and fosters positive, professional relationships with the company’s agency partners, as well as achieves company growth and profitability objectives. The Senior Underwriter/Supervisor is a leader and team player. The Underwriting Supervisor is expected to exhibit a high level of technical expertise, while providing leadership and mentoring to other underwriters.
