Responsibilities

  • Promote and reinforce Agile principles, values, and best practices.
  • Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple Scrum and Kanban teams.
  • Educate business stakeholders on their role in Scrum and work with them to implement agile principles in their processes
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Identify and remove or coach the team to remove impediments to team progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Support the teams in using tools like Azure DevOps and Jira effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to align on delivery goals.
  • Drive positive change and help teams mature in their Agile practices.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
  • CSM, PSM, or other Agile certifications are preferred but not required.
