Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Analyst is an individual contributor to the Sales Operations team. This role is focused on creating and maintaining tools and resources that accelerate Aspire’s profitable growth for production underwriters and distribution executives. In this role, you will:

  • Update and maintain state road maps
  • Coordinate with Business Intelligence team - request and distribute ad hoc and monthly reports
  • Coordinate (information, reports) with regional leadership, Distribution, and production underwriting teams
  • Gather and distribute market intelligence/competitor analysis information
  • Lead agent segmentation/prioritization work and maintain regional and national 9-boxes
  • Identify our most active trading partners by location – drill down to most engaged people in those agencies – and identify “under-performers” so that we deploy resour
  • ces accordingly
  • Maintain database of non-standard commission arrangements and associated paperwork
  • Receive and maintain requests for commission increases
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Insurance industry knowledge gained through formal study, earned designations, and/or work experience preferred
  • Looking for intellectually curious individuals who think creatively, connect dots, and are lifelong learners

  • Proven ability to work with and support a sales team and/or underwriters
