BAM is a leading Professional Lines Insurance carrier with expertise in the Design Professional, Construction Professional and Service Professional lines of business. Key functions include but are not limited to:

 

• Rotation through each BAM department including Underwriting, Claims, Risk Management, Operations, Actuary, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and IT
• Gain exposure to the diverse roles, responsibilities, and goals for each department
• Work on unit specific projects with subject matter experts
• Develop your professional communication and business skills through a variety of on-line course work
• Build valuable connections within the insurance industry including networking with senior level managers

• High school diploma or equivalent and must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or community college 
• Highly motivated and results oriented with strong time management skills
• Creative and willingness to learn innovation strategies
• Ability to handle confidential matters appropriately
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Must be driven and creative
• Willing to learn about business and marketing
• Friendly with good time management skills

The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include:
• Base Salary Range: $18-$20/hour
• Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus.

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
