We are excited to have a Senior Financial Analyst join our team! In this role, you will report directly to the SVP of Strategic Operations & Chief Actuary. This position will work closely with the CFO and Financial Reporting team to support the financial close process and controls surrounding our insurance activity.
Work will focus on short and long -term financial planning and analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. You will be key to expanding our automation efforts and will partner with other Berkley teams to drive the streamlining of accounting operations and reporting. The automation of many routine and often manual processes will allow the Finance Team to focus on more value-add activities.
This role is located in our NJ office on a hybrid schedule. The office is currently in Rutherford NJ. In Q2 of 2025, we will be moving to Parsippany, NJ.
