The Compensation/Payroll Manager is part of the HR Shared Services team and is responsible for managing the payroll department and for ensuring that the company’s pay and incentive programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations. The individual in this role will implement new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices.
