The Claims Services/Imaging Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of various transactions for all claim functions. Provide a high level of customer service by working effectively with the necessary parties and systems and by following the appropriate procedures to ensure results meet or exceed our service level standards relating to quality, production and time service.

Key functions include but are not limited to:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret charts and graphs.
General competence and comfort utilizing software applications, various operating systems, multi-line phone systems, electronic communications, and other software and hardware as necessary.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
