The Marketing Communications Specialist supports our Marketing & Communications team in designing and executing strategic campaigns and initiatives. This role presents an exciting opportunity to take part in the evolution of Marketing and Communications at Berkley Technology Services (BTS), where you’ll be integral in developing strategic content to build trust and engagement with the BTS brand.
The Marketing Communications Specialist is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, have a passion for marketing and creative problem solving. They will develop knowledge and expertise in a variety of areas, including the W.R. Berkley and Berkely Technology Services businesses, Information Technology, and Information Security in order to effectively translate technical updates into clear, comprehensive communications. They will also work closely with the Director of Strategic Communications in developing engaging content for BTS employees while enhancing the BTS brand image and voice by being willing to ask questions, placing the customer experience at the forefront of our communications strategies and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
